By using this website or engaging Ady’s Lab for any service, you agree to the following terms.

scope of work

Each project is defined through a written scope agreed upon before work begins. Anything outside the agreed scope is treated as additional work.

timelines

Realistic timelines are shared at the start of each engagement. Timely feedback and content delivery from the client side are essential to maintain those timelines.

payments

Payment terms are shared inside the proposal. Work begins after the initial payment is received.

ownership

On full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. Ady’s Lab may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

liability

Ady’s Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
